STATEMENT OF PURPOSE 

The Apple Tree Preschool is organized as an outreach ministry of the Plainfield Congregational United Church of Christ.  In this way, the congregation seeks to meet the need for a quality preschool experience for children in the Plainfield area.  We seek to provide a loving, caring environment in which children can learn.  There is, however, no specific religious education in any part of the curriculum.

Church affiliation is in no way a requirement for a child’s enrollment in the preschool.  If, however, your family does not have a church home, we would invite you to share in any or all of the congregation’s other ministries.  For additional information about the congregation and its various ministries, please call the church office 436-9441.
